This project SOW includes long term monitoring of the existing groundwater plume at site 26 for tetrachloroethene (PCE), trichloroethene (TCE), dichloroethane (DCE) and vinyl chloride (VC). This monitoring follows a remedial action at the site and will continue until Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs) are reached. For this project we are providing project management, overseeing ground water monitoring through sampling, providing reporting and will be decommissioning well WFH-06. As part of the project management for this project, we prepared a schedule, a sampling & analysis plan (SAP), an Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and a Waste Management Plan (WMP.) Our team is actively onsite sampling and analyzing the results from each of the 27 wells. We are also in process of creating a well destruction work plan to abandon well WFH-06. This will be accomplished by over-drilling and will be constructed of 2 – 4-inch diameter polyvinyl chloride (PVC) casing and at a depth of 25-feet bags. Our final output for the SOW will be to provide the annual LTM groundwater monitoring report for the site.
